Time for my second deal!

Hi All,

My name is Christian Hithe. I decided to take entrepreneurial journey after quitting my masters and giving up D1 college basketball. (My mom wants me to go finish, maybe one day) This was life changing and I took a leap of faith and God didn't let me down. I have been able to open up different businesses like a franchise, marketing company with a partner and now I have been able to start my real estate journey. I have been on bigger pockets for some time now and I have learned so much. I have been able to connect and be coached by awesome coaches such as Austin Rutherford, Carlos Reyes, Tommy Harr, and more. I have learned a lot and now have put my first project under contract. I am working on a second deal in North Carolina and would love to connect with any private money lenders who may be interested or could give advice. 

I would love to connect with anyone in real estate to continue to learn and grow. My goal is to have several multi-family properties and I am now looking to close on my first one.
