Grant Cardone VS Than Merrill, Which one is better?

Recently I took two online classes. Both classes are very interesting. One is Grant Cardone 10X Real Estate and need to buy his course for $997 after the class and Than Merrill  Building wealth in Real Estate that need to sign up on the fbcoaching.com. later someone call me to book appointment. And I did some research that they might ask me to join the Mastery Coaching program. Just wondering is both worth to invest to learn their technique?
