Hello everyone my name is Windie Gaytan I am a new Real Estate Investor. I have taken steps to start and create my team and I am now on the hunt for good deal. I have began networking by getting connected with several Real Estate Agents and Reo Agents. I am now looking for more advice in creating my buyers list. I am going to begin my wholesaling my first 5- 7 properties and make enough liquid to flip my first home. I am a hard worker and I am determined.
