Hey everyone - I'm looking to grow my local CO portfolio. Currently own 7 doors.

Anyone BRRRRing in Colorado? have some success stories or good tips to share?

Alternatively - anyone having success with condo buy & hold?

thanks!

@Craig Curelop We texted about this briefly a few weeks back.  Are your renting them as 2 separate units or are you renting them technically as roommates since they are not legally separate units?  What about utilities and mail, how do you handle all the small things?  Are you adding an entrance for the basement units?
