STR Manager for high end town home in Cherry Creek

I am helping my in law's buy a place in Cherry Creek as their primary residence, they will only spend part of the year in Denver, the other part of the year they are interested in potentially using the property as a short term rental. I used a really good smaller company last year, but since then they were acquired by another operator, does anyone know of a great STR manager for a 1m + property in the heart of cherry creek? I have spoken with larger companies like Evolve in the past, but really want to work with a smaller boutique operator.

In the past, I would have recommended @Tyler Work, but COBnB -- his company -- was also acquired last year. (Maybe the same company you used?) I know of a few people who do short-term rental and Airbnb management, one of them a small shop. I'll PM you now.
