I don't know about any movies....books are the best option IMO.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad

How To Invest in Real Estate (BiggerPockets bookstore)

Read a book on flipping, a book on long-term rentals, a book on short-term rentals, and a book on multi-family.  Having a wide base of knowledge will help as you look for your first deals.

Read about creative financing (no/low money down), read about hard money, soft money, and all the other money feelings

Basically, read read read!

    Hi Gloria,

    Have you seen these resources...?

Book: Rich Dad, Poor Dad for Teens

BP Blog/Podcast for Teens: How to be a Teenage Investor

Another possibility is a part-time job working for a local property management/vacation rental/real estate brokerage. It's a hands on learning experience where they can also earn some extra cash.
