Help! California Title company that worked with delayed lending
Does anyone know a California title company that has worked with delayed lending? I've been calling many escrow officers and it seems like they have no clue how this works. I need to close on a house asap and would love any pointers here!

The title company has nothing to do with “delayed financing”....you buy for cash in a normal sale, then go get your financing....has nothing to do with the title company. Maybe the way you are saying it is what’s confusing them, or you are confused about how it works.
