FSBO in Orange County CA and getting on MLS

Hi I recently entered a post on this site regarding FSBO of my Laguna Niguel (orange county) CA Condo. I got some good advice and linked up with a good Transaction Coordinator that seems quite good. She has suggested using HAUS to get photos and get it on the MLS. They say they will do this at no cost to me - but the contract is a little concerning to me. I wanted to get other opinions. How have other FSBO sellers gone about getting their homes on the MLS?

Also I have read that some areas of the country have more than one MLS or database. Is this true for Orange County CA?
