What parts of Southern California are houses being flipped?

Hello, I am starting out as a wholesaler.

I want to ask anyone that has a beat at the current trends for flipping houses at Southern California.

Are there zip codes that are gold mines? Is San Bernadino County still profitable?

What is the best places I should focus on my marketing? Or is a deal a deal no matter where it is

PS. If anyone can point or explain how I can research market trends on houses being sold in an area so I can always be

on the know and develop a competent understanding of my local market.

Thank you
