Hello guys. I'm looking for some referral. Which mortgage lender / credit union do you go to for conventional loan in San Jose / Bay Area?

Thank you!

@Albert Ng

@Joe Stretch is a also a great choice! He works for State Farm and believe it or not they do mortgages and they do them really well. I would definitely check with him for rates and such before you decide with anyone else.

In my experience, State Farm has lower rates and the entire process is soooo much easier than the more conventional lenders. State Farm also keeps all the loans they originate so they are more user friendly due to the fact they are creating a long term relationship vs. simply immediately selling their finished product on the secondary market.

Best of luck. Definitely take the time to shop around.
