How can I as an agent provide more value to investors?
Hi everyone! I'm a Realtor in Southern California with a passion for real estate investing. I love being an agent and I became one because I always saw myself in real estate investing. Working with the average everyday home buyer is awesome, however, the priorities of the client are much different from the way that my mind operates when I start to think about real estate.
Anyways, I would like to start working with more investors. Not only as an agent but also as just a contributor and a partner or advisor. Being that a lot of you are investors, what are some ways that I could provide value to you using the experience I have with real estate purchase and sales?
Thank you for your time!
