Anyone Investing in Palmdale, Lancaster, Leona Valley near Los Angeles / Antelope Valley?

How is the current market for flipping properties in those areas?

Hey Walter Roby jr ...

My focus is in the AV. And yes...I feel palmdale/Lancaster is a great area to fix and flip, as well as wholesale. My last wholesale deal was in East Palmdale. It was a $10k profit for me, and maybe about a $75-95k profit for my buyer at the end.

The market is turning around out there...very quickly. So, now would be the time to focus efforts, before they jump back up to what it was.

If you have more questions, let’s connect. I grew up out there. (Well....I spent jr high and high school out there)

People are buying out there. When I have had short sale listings out there I got a lot of investor activity.
