Any ideas on which places are the best places in California to buy rental properties for positive cashflow in year 2017? Appreciate all the suggestions and advice from the real estate and investment experts!

Great question. Right now I would recommend investing out of state. The laws are in your favor and the cash flow is way better. I only invest out of state and live in LA. Connect and I can tell you what I do.
