Looking for syndication opportunities in San Diego

Hello BP nation, My name is Keaton English; I'm a new agent in Orange County with a primary emphasis on investing. I have experience raising capital to purchase distressed golf courses across the nation. I have been with the privately held company for over 3 years. I find communicating with investors and raising capital to be a core competency. I am moving to San Diego this summer, & I am seeking companies/mentors who are actively engaging in syndication.
