Native plant landscaping contacts?

Hi everyone! I'm starting my REI but still working my regular job as well - that job is an operations manager at a sustainable, native plant and edible garden company that does residential and commercial installs (amongst other things). I'm looking to network and work with real estate peeps to do installs on new builds or renovations etc. and wondering who would be the best person for this? Agents? Contractors? We're in Los Angeles if that matters or helps. Any thoughts or direction here would be greatly appreciated!
