Athens, Alabama A Buyers Market?

My fiance and I were viewing some houses a few weeks ago and most seemed to be being bought up quick!

Our agent said while we were viewing a house that the market is definitely a buyers market right now, which makes me think I need to jump in asap.

Have no deals under my belt yet and am looking for any and all help I can get.
