Looking into Scottsdale market for Airbnb investment. Love the growth the area has seen and from my initial research it looks like numbers are strong. Ideally looking for 4/5+ bedrooms w/pool. Any operators in this space that could give me some feedback based on their experience, where to focus? Look forward to connecting.
