Which amenities (eg table tennis) are most attractive for STR?

Hi folks, first-time poster / long-timer lurker here, and I really appreciate the deep well of knowledge & entertaining threads here (eg Paul Sandhu from "worst town in KS" :). I've been watching STR's explode in AZ for a couple of years (since the state passed a law prohibiting any state/local/municipal restrictions on STR's) and finally convinced my better half to purchase a place in the cool pines of Pine, AZ. It's a smaller cabin, but has a garage that I would like to use as additional space for kiddos, and trying to decide which types of games (air hockey, table tennis, pool table, pinball, old-school arcade console like you can buy at Costco currently? etc) as well as other amenities (bean bag chairs? bluetooth speaker? TV?) would make this most attractive for kids to hang out. If any of you have such a set up, I'd appreciate your feedback on what has proven most popular with your renters. Thanks BP!
