Have you ever found an unconscious non-tenant at your STR?

I've already found a tenant that was unconscious from an overdose.  Today was new.  Around 5:45 pm this evening I left some apartments where I was doing work to get some beer.  Everything was normal.  I came back at 5:54 and saw what looked like a person laying down in the yard.  I went in vacant place to get a better look.  Sure enough, it was a person.  So I called the police and hung around until they showed up.  They carted the guy away in an ambulance.  I called the guy that was with me from the first overdosed tenant guy.  He wanted to know if this guy had rent money or a nice watch.  I told him he had some nice shoes that were his size, and that he could pick him up at the hospital.
