Issues with 3rd party software syncing to booking sites
Anyone have issues with 3rd-party channel management or smart pricing software not syncing properly to booking sites?
I've been using Beyond Pricing, where on numerous occasions, changes I've made to rules on Beyond Pricing don't sync over to the booking sites properly. BRUTAL!! Can cost me thousands of dollars if some rule doesn't sync properly (e.g., if I set a 4-nt minimum on the Thurs of Mem Day Wknd but Beyond Pricing doesn't sync the rule over to booking sites so someone snags only half of Mem Day wknd at half the price - BRUTAL!!!). Luckily that specific issue didn't occur but omgggg the impact can be huge.
That's the reason we have booking rules, but if your booking rules don't sync over properly, forget about it. Beyond Pricing is supposed to help increase my revenues, not decrease them! It’s also super annoying that they only offer support via email and it often takes many hours for them to respond while we're losing money due to their bugs.
