1 Night Rentals in TN Cabin

Hello everyone, for those of you in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area I was curious if you are allowing 1 night bookings? I am not currently allowing them based on feedback I read (mostly about other markets) where 1 night bookings could cause problems due to them being booked for parties or other purposes and it was less likely to see some of those things with multi-night bookings. I was curious if this area in TN was seeing something similar where 1 night bookings did not work out well or are you finding that you get quality guests only looking to stay one night for one reason or another.

Thanks for your replies.

@Michael Stokes I have 1BR cabins and I generally allow one-night bookings when I have "orphan" nights (a single night trapped between two bookings).  I wouldn't allow someone local (say, from Knoxville or Chattanooga) to book for a single night, I consider that a red flag, and as much as possible don't allow people under the age of 25 to book, especially for a single night.  I haven't had any problems so far.  :)
