Hey Ya'll,

I live in Atlanta, GA and we are home to Superbowl 53 in just a few weeks. Lots of noise over STR's and the impending rule and regulation changes the city of Atlanta is going to create after its all over. What are some good hot spots without regulations in the US? I am constantly looking to grow my portfolio and help others grow as well. I currently have 7 homes around the city and suburban areas of ATL from $150K to Million dollar estates. If your in an area that is working well, share with us whats going right. If you have regulations I would be curious what is required to comply if that is a possiblity as well.

On a side note, Anyone doing Corporate rentals monthly, semi-annually, annually in your STR's? How do you final local resources to hook up with this type of guest or customer and provide homes that may not fit the STR criteria?
