Help with Short Term Rental/ Oil Worker House

I am purchasing my first multi-family unit.  It's a 22 high efficiency unit. While I was there doing my due diligence I found a great niche. I want to make this into an oil house. It will service oil workers which is very popular right now there. This will be a short term rental.

I would greatly appreciate your expertise and advise.

I have some questions in regards to:

What door locks do you use? Can you remote control them. 

Do you have a preferred internet router?

Where do you purchase supplies?

Bed purchases? Certain type?

Any good places to buy kitchenettes?

Coin Washer/ Dryer?

Linen supplies?

Management tools?
