Interested in Purchasing our First VR in Gatlinburg

Hi there!

My husband & I are very serious about purchasing a VR (looking into condos and cabins) in the Gatlinburg TN area. We travel here quite often and love it so much and I feel like it would be a great investment.

However, we recently sold our home and are renting from a friend until we find a new home to purchase. We would really like to invest in a VR soon but we are thinking it would mess up our home buying process when we do find a house we want to live in. So... I guess my question is, has anyone ever gotten a home loan around the same time you were trying to get a business loan (or whatever type of loan you did get for your VR investment)?

I have contacted a lender in the Gatlinburg area, but am still waiting to hear back. We are also already pre-approved by a lender local to us for a home loan.

I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and respond to this! :)
