Cabins and campground

We own the 50 acre farm I grew up on and the useful life of the buildings/systems on it has been passed at this point.  We have been planning to build a house on it next year but there is also demand and success in the area with smaller boutique style lodgings.  It is a very seasonal area, but one that is well visited in WI, being about an hour from Madison.  My original thought was airstreams, check out www.autocamp.com as an example but have moved onto the idea of cabins and a handful of tent sites.  We are only a few miles from Frank Llloyd Wright's Taliesin and will model the new buildings off of those design principals.

The land itself if secluded and more or less surrounded by absentee land owners and neighbors that are supportive.  County zoning allows for a higher site density than we would be perusing to keep the atmosphere more intimate.  It will be creating a job for ourselves until systems are developed and implemented, and the seasonality of the area will be appreciated in that case.  I'm going to be running into financing issues though, the property is owned free and clear to our advantage.  What may be some avenues that I can look at.
