Travel nurse housing
Has anyone in Omaha used their furnished rental for travel nurse housing? I have a furnished unit that I am using as an airbnb and it has done fairly well but wanted to see if there where some other options out there. This unit is with in a few miles of 3 major hospitals so I thought this might be another option and wanted to see if anyone else in the Omaha area has tried this route and if so what did you use to advertise?

Ex travel nurse here.
There are a LOT of travel nurse companies so you can't call the housing departments of them all. I would recommend calling the staffing offices of the hospitals you mention and ask them what travel companies they use. (They usually have a few favorites, and it's easier for a hospital to keep dealing with the same company). Tell them why you want to know. Tell them you have housing available. The hospital/travel company/nurses would all be relieved to have the housing booking process streamlined. Imagine being a nurse, usually a woman, usually alone, renting a place to live sight-unseen in a strange city.
When I traveled with my RN husband, we each got $3000/month housing/living stipend. We could have booked a pretty swanky pad. (But we lived in a 5th wheel, paid off our house back home, and paid off our student loans.)
