Looking for short term vacation rental in South Lake Tahoe

Hi 

I am new to vacation rental investment and am currently looking into South Lake Tahoe area. Is it easy to have a positive cash flow assume 20% down with traditional finance? How much does the property management service cost (percentage-wise of the rent)? Any pitfall I should look for when analyze a short term vacation rental in South Lake Tahoe.

Give VRA Tahoe a call to start.  They are a local team in the SLT area and are reputable and responsive.  I actually use them for my hot tub services and have been happy thus far with their work. Unlike many other full service providers they don't just take a flat percentage of your net income and offer a la carte pricing on their variety of services.  Good luck to you and let them know I referred you!
