AirBNB for the Superbowl

Cross posted this to general, but might get more information here.

I have a property 2.5 miles from US Bank stadium, where the 2018 Superbowl will be held. I've heard there was a very good prices on AirBNB in the past in Houston and Santa Clara. Does anyone have experience during the previous two and can talk about it? Prepping one or two of the units for a short term rental would take a bit of work and cash, and potentially having them empty for a month or more since few people want to move or visit here in the winter could be a big downside.

I need to be able estimate the nightly price and potential costs(like furnishing an apartment).
