Kailua, HI paid to clean, doing all. How much should I be making?

I live in Kailua on Oahu where the president is from and visits often. When he does visit he stays in a vacation rental on the same stretch of beach. With no hotel/motel on this side of the island vacation rentals are in high demand. Allot of owners do not live on island so properly managers are a necessity.

I was hired to clean and do check ins since the guests pay me its not a problem. But I have been doing everything that takes someone on island. The booking agent currently lives in Germany and she is collecting 20%. What should I ask for and from who? Should I ask for half of her 20% or is that regular for just handling the business side? Should I ask the owner for more? Since at the time only guests pay me to clean. I'm spending on average 30 hours a month on call at various time of day dealing with guests and maintenance issues.

Any thing you know will help me get up the nerve to ask for what is only fair.
