Big Bear Lake Vacation Rental

Hi, my name is Lauren and I am new to BP.  My husband and I started doing research and looking at properties in the Big Bear Lake area.  We have so many questions and we want to see what you guys think:

1 - Condo vs Cabin.  From a visitor's prospective, would you like to stay in a cabin or a condo? Or does it matter?  Consider they both have same amenities, i.e. spa, parking, good view, etc.

2 - 2bed vs 3bed.  I've seen other discussions mentioning 3bed rent better than 2bed.  How big of a difference are we talking about? Is it worth the extra money to buy a 3bed instead of 2bed?

3 - Location.  From our research, Sugarloaf, Big Bear City are generally not recommended.  So between near the Lake, upper Moonridge, lower Moonridge, which area is the best in Big Bear Lake?

4 - Cleaning and Maintenance.  Where can we find good quality and reliable cleaning crew, plumbers, etc. in the Big Bear Lake area?

Really appreciate any inputs.  Thanks!
