These just keep coming! This is interesting because the person in the article took some very dilapidated historic apartments, redid them and now STRs them.

The article goes into the high crime in the area but now it is better due to her efforts.

Kinda interesting as this is something I wouldn't have thought would do well but she seems to be doing very well.

Everyone wants to own a Ritz Carlton and nobody wants to own a Super 8

There is a lot of money to be made in low and mid segment.  Our lower priced accommodations are almost always occupied, less turnover (longer stays) and people are less prone to complaining about anything/everything.
