AirBnB Setup from a Distance - Need Advice
Please give me your best advice for STR setup from a distance. How did you find someone to oversee the set up and also be your boots on the ground as needed for emergencies once the rental is ready? Not looking for a property management company or co-host-long term.
I know a lot of people do this from a distance but it's putting a lot of trust in someone to manage the details and makes me nervous. Trying to make myself more comfortable with hiring help for setup.
Would love to hear advice, pitfalls to avoid, etc. Thanks in advance!

@Andrew Steffens is right. Go yourself, at least for the initial purchase, any renovations, and furnishing, etc. and set-up. Not only will you save thousands of $$, you will have control over what is going on and avoid getting taken advantage of.
