I would like to start my short term rental business

Hi everyone,

I have the opportunity to start my short-term rental business by adding small/tiny houses in my property. Can any of you share your experience with that type of rentals? I know certain areas where I live are limiting those types of permits, etc. My county has no zoning and I am relatively close to one small lake (3 minutes) and close to 2 big lakes (15 minutes to each big lake). I believe that I can make this happen I just need and idea of a business plan to use it as a draft. Is there any document within the BP website? or, if anyone can share one they use with me, I would appreciate it.

How do you plan to build those tiny homes? I know from experience financing additional tiny homes (not sure if you're looking to do this) can be difficult without having someone that has previous ground-up construction experience. Building a structure from the ground up, since you need to build/create foundation, can be difficult.
