Wisconsin Dells STR Resources

I recently purchased a small home in the Wisconsin Dells area with intent to run as a STR when not in use personally. Looking for some advice/resources on cleaners as well as the best route to satisfy the resident agent requirement for an STR in the Dells.

Appreciate any input from anyone in the area.

@David Jackson - I have a four-unit in the Dells and have looked into STR in the past but it was such a hurdle that it didn't make much sense for me. While it's a great spot with a ton of tourism unfortunately, it seems the hotels view STR's as competition and have helped to encourage the strict regulations. Hope you are having more luck than I did in the past.

@Jared Pinkus what are you seeing as too stringent regulations for STVRs in Dells? You do realize there are many already operating there?

Hey Todd - I said the regulations were strict and it made more sense for me to have long term rentals. There are a lot of STR's in the Dells and even more that say they are in the Dells but are actually in neighboring communities.

I don't know about the regulations, but Turno is a great place to find cleaners.
