Recostseg- non responsive and no communication

I had a cost seg done on one of my homes and trying to get one done on another from this company that rob with bigger pockets had done a set on.

Every time I email them it says there email doesn't exist and cannot get a response. Last time I used them it was quick responses and communication and now I cannot get in touch with them is anyone else having this experience?

is there someone else that y'all know of there I need to contact to get my second house cost seg completed?

Seems odd I cannot get a response this time, I even called there number and it goes to a woman's voicemail?
