Channel pricing ratio
What channel pricing ratio do you use on your pms? Currently I have Vrbo 115% of Airbnb price, and booking.com 140%.
I would like the listings to be similar in price across all platforms, but since they won’t be exactly to the dollar, I’d prefer Airbnb and vrbo to be the cheaper option over booking.com. I have not heard great things about booking.com, so if someone is price shopping, I’d prefer them to book the cheaper option through Airbnb or vrbo.
So, what’s your pricing ratio structure on your pms?
