Looking for arbitrage opportunities in Kissimmee

Hello BP fellows, 

I'm currently on the lookout for arbitrage properties in the city of Kissimmee, Florida, and could really use some guidance from those familiar with the local rental real estate market. I live in Toronto but I have experience remote managing my own properties in Kissimmee. I already have my team trusted team and I want to expand my portolio of STR offerings in the city without buying at the moment.

If you have any insights or recommendations on where to find such properties, I'd greatly appreciate your input!
