Owner's Closet locks

What lock do you all use on your owners closet so the cleaning team can access?  Do you use another digital front door keypad, or do you have a cheaper non-battery option you like?  Having a hard time finding something that works.

I have regular keyed door knobs on my closets. If the cleaner loses their key, I have a hide-a-key magnetic box behind an appliance. I thought about a keypad lock, but I didn’t want to change batteries on it, and it seemed to be a temptation for kids to play with.
