Making Notes About Guests for Future Reference

Good afternoon,

Is there a way to make personal notes about a guest which are private inside the platform?  For example, if I find out a guest likes certain things and they are going to book again in the future, I want to make sure I have that in place for them.  How are you managing this information to personalize the experience for your guests?
