Hi Everyone,

I wanted the consensus of this forum on viability of college towns for STR's and how accurate is the data provided by Rabbu.com?

Think about the guests that College towns will give you......families checking out colleges, parents visiting their kids, and college kids themselves. The first two are ok, the third one is not. None of them very high-end guests or spending much money.

I imagine it would work, but I would think you could do a lot better
