Any short term rental folks facing regulation?

I am monitoring the Louisville, Kentucky market and the proposed regulations.

I am new to the STR space. After reviewing the proposed STR ordinances, I should be able to skate by. But I know there have to be concerns out there.

Thoughts or comments from anyone facing regulation?

Here are the proposed ordinances in Jefferson County/Louisville, KY:

Quote from @Sarah Kensinger:

It all depends on perspective; some prefer regulations because there's less competition and others run as far away as possible.

I’m leaning this way. Understanding the advantages of less competition.
