Duluth / Superior Area Short-Term Rental

  My wife and I are closing on a property in Oliver, WI that we plan to use as a short-term rental. We currently have 2 long-term rental properties in Duluth (college housing), but are new to STRs. If anyone has experience operating STRs in the area, we would love to connect to learn best practices for the area, and any tips on resources for cleaners, property managers, maintenance teams, etc. We would love to share our experience / knowledge on LTRs in Duluth, Winona and the Twin Cities.
