Best Property Management Software

I have had the opportunity to try out 2 property management softwares. Hospitable and Guesty two of the most popular platforms to use. What makes it very hard is I would always have some kind of problem for one or the other and you cannot call them it is all done through emails. Which of these two platforms would be the better choice? As well as if there are any other platforms that are potentially better?

I am a big fan of Hostaway and they just raised $175M so I expect their software to get even better.
