I'm looking to develop a treehouse resort in San Juan. Where near to San Juan do you think I should start looking for a plot of land?

There are already a few treehouse short term rentals in Puerto Rico and they are constantly booked!  People love a unique stay.   I've seen treehouses in Rio Grande near El Yunque rain forest and over by Rincon.  There is honestly a lot of land even in San Juan that could work.  But if you want mountains, just start going up.  Canovanas backs up to the rain forest and is right next to San Juan.

Have you spent time in PR?  There is a lot of jungle/secluded areas even in San Juan. Make a trip and drive around.  Lots of big parcels available - check clasificados and facebook marketplace.
