a one time vacation prop as STR
I would like to find a lake front property and turn it into a STR for income and tax purposes. My real reason for this is to have a family vacation home so I don't really see doing it more than once, but I am wondering if there is a book anyone would recommend on just getting started with the basics of STR. Thanks!!
