Bike Rentals and other Add-On Services for STR

I am looking for advice if adding on bike rentals or maybe kayak rentals would be worth the headache in the airbnb space. To those who offer this type of add-on service like bike rentals, do you make guests sign waivers? I'm assuming I'd also have to offer helmets with the rentals (or if I decided to do kayaks, life jackets would be in order). Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated as I delve into this idea.

If you can partner with a local company that would offer these items, it would save you some hassle and then the liability would be on them. Either offer a discount on a local rental or see if the items could be at your property but inspected, maintenance etc. by the company. You could wrap the rental fee up in the nightly rate.
