Hey guys, my name is Emmanuel Orange located in Fort Myers Fl. I’m currently in the short term rental space and looking to expand. 

 I wanted to reach out and ask If anyone is familiar with the Rental Abritrage strategy?

My advice is get your license and all necessary tax documents to become a legitimate property manager. Because really that’s what arbitrage is. You’re managing someone else’s property.
