Short term rental banks

Hi Bigger Pockets Community,

We're exploring an entry into Austin and are looking for recommendation to banks that focus on providing debt for STR/MTR assets. We run a co-living and working space operation called Neighbourgood and we are looking to get our capital planning/debt structuring aligned prior to entering the market.
