Need help w/numbers

Hi have a home I am putting an offer on for $219,000 listing price. If I put in offer at $205,000 or have to even pay list price is it a good deal?

I would have to do a small rehab of floors and paint and maybe new appliances.

I want to do short term rental or this if possible. I’m not sure this number is good. Or what I would charge for rent. Any thoughts?

@Ramada Evans, it doesn't sound like you have a solid plan.

If you don't know what it will rent for or how many days per month you expect it to rent, you can't even start to evaluate whether it would work as a short term rental.

It doesn't sound like you are ready to make an offer if you haven't worked to nail down estimates for these items and MORE like utilities, furnishings, etc.

I suggest finding a local AirBnB investor who can guide you on the prices in your area and help you decide what kind of units are suitable for short term rentals.
