Looking to start STR using leased apartments

I am new to real estate investing. I am looking to start out with STR using apartments for corporate travelers. Any knowledge share would be greatly appreciated. How do/did you lease with apartment complexes? Do you advise having an LLC before approaching apartment property managers with your rental requests?

Thanks in advance for your advise!

what @Nathan Gesner said. Tons of post in the forums about this - look for STR Arbitrage to find what you are looking for
